As we grow our boutique-style business we will be looking to hire within the company firstly- for part-time and full-time positions. What may begin as PRN will grow into a more permanent position for those that are looking for this type of status. We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis. You'll follow physician orders and an individualized care plan, with the guidance of our Client Services Director.

Competitive Pay.

What you'll be doing:
• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient's nursing needs.
• Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

What we're looking for:
• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.
• Minimum of two (2) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.

• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience as a registered nurse.

• Must have current BLS Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Experience in Oasis.

Compensation: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
