???? Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 per year + performance bonuses

Role Description:
As an Account Manager for Jacob Bramel – State Farm Agent, you play an important role in the success of our agency and the experience of our customers.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Help clients understand their coverage options
• Provide guidance and support for policy needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional protection

Responsibilities:
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
✔ Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations
✔ Assist with resolving complex customer concerns
✔ Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products
✔ Work with both existing customers and new leads to grow the agency

Qualifications :
✔ Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
✔ Comfortable having sales conversations with customers
✔ Self-motivated and team-oriented
