Emergency Care - ACLS & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire. Oncology Care - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women’s Care - Perinatal departments; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics - PALS within 90 days of hire.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
