Overview Gallagher Bassett is seeking a strategic leader to define and execute the vision for our global auto claims business. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, market differentiation, and industry-leading claims outcomes through product innovation, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will partner across operations, technology, analytics, and sales to enhance the client experience and strengthen Gallagher Bassett's position as a market leader. How you'll make an impact Strategic Business Leadership Own the measurement, performance management, and continuous improvement of the global auto claims portfolio, focusing on key business drivers including indemnity management, claim duration, customer experience, and profitability. Deliver sustained growth and industry-leading outcomes through data-driven decision making and operational excellence. Define Gallagher Bassett's competitive positioning within the auto claims market, identifying target customer segments, value propositions, and strategic growth opportunities. Develop and execute strategies that drive profitable expansion while strengthening market differentiation. Product Strategy & Development Create, enhance, and scale innovative auto claims solutions with a globally aligned foundation and locally relevant execution. Establish product roadmaps that address evolving client needs, market trends, and technological advancements. Ensure product offerings deliver measurable client value beyond traditional third-party administrator (TPA) services. Transformation & Innovation Partner with operational and technology leaders to drive AI-enabled transformation across the claims lifecycle. Champion initiatives involving automation, intelligent triage, telematics, predictive analytics, workflow optimization, and digital customer engagement. Identify opportunities to create sustainable cost advantages while improving claimant and client experiences. Foster a culture of innovation by accelerating idea generation, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption across the organization. Global Governance & Execution Lead global product governance efforts, aligning regional teams to a unified strategic roadmap while supporting local market competitiveness. Drive successful execution and adoption of key initiatives across multiple geographies. Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to monitor product success and business impact. Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to ensure consistent delivery of strategic priorities. Strategic Partnerships & Market Development Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships that enhance claim outcomes, strengthen differentiation, and improve economic performance. Assess emerging technologies, service providers, and ecosystem opportunities to expand Gallagher Bassett's capabilities. Represent Gallagher Bassett as a thought leader in the evolving auto claims marketplace. About You Required Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required. Preferred Master's degree preferred. Deep knowledge of Auto Claims. Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives within insurance or claims organizations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing business performance, profitability, and growth strategies. Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment. Behaviors Excellent communication skills.
