Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Washington is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. As a leader on our team, you will manage staff, maintain restaurant standards, and drive profitability. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant. Hire, train, and manage staff. Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items. Implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality standards. Track financial performance and report to upper management. Requirements Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse team. Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, cost control, and health & safety regulations. Experience creating staff schedules and managing labor costs. Basic knowledge of accounting principles for tracking financial performance. Proven track record of increasing profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service. Education Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
