Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures Manage and schedule staff members including servers, cooks and other employees Train new employees on company standards and procedures Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner Create schedules for staff members based on business needs Conduct performance evaluations for employees Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency Develop strategies to improve restaurant sales and profitability Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Strong knowledge of food safety regulations Exceptional customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Compensation & Location Salary: $1600 per month Location: Washington DC, United States Additional Information This is an onsite position; remote work is not available.
