Restaurant General Manager – Fast Casual | SeaTac, WA | $85,000–$90,000

Experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) opportunity in SeaTac, Washington. We are seeking a high-volume Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager who delivers consistent sales and profit results, develops teams, and upholds brand standards in a growing global restaurant organization.

If you are a proven Restaurant General Manager with at least three years of high-volume restaurant management experience, a track record of financial performance, and a passion for mentoring others, this Fast Casual RGM role in the SeaTac, WA market offers competitive compensation of $85K–$90K plus benefits and clear growth paths.

Position Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overall restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This includes meeting service standards, directing daily operations, achieving sales and profit objectives, and maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. The RGM prepares operational reports, identifies unfavorable trends, implements corrective action plans, and develops and executes local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct restaurant operations to meet or exceed sales, profit, and guest-experience goals
Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation
Prepare operational reports and implement action plans to address financial or sales shortfalls
Develop and execute marketing plans that drive traffic and brand awareness
Serve as a brand ambassador while modeling guest-focused leadership, honesty, and integrity

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience (Fast Casual preferred)
Demonstrated success achieving financial results and managing P&L
Strong ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams
Guest-oriented leadership style with high personal integrity
Willingness to live the brand as a visible ambassador
