Customer Service Representative

We are seeking customer service professionals to join a high-volume call center team supporting grocery delivery services. In this role, you will assist customers with delivery-related inquiries, product availability questions, order concerns, and general store support. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.
• Assisting customers with grocery delivery concerns, including missing or damaged items, expired products, product availability and store inventory questions, and restock inquiries.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meeting established performance and quality metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills.
