Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our In-Room Dining (IRD) team as a server who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 1+ years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Flexible schedule—availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Answer guest calls, take orders and requests, and prepare trays with a strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in-room dining experience
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the IRD team and supporting other F&B outlets as needed

Competitive pay: $16.43 hourly + tips
