The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production employee attendance tracking, HR and Admin coordination, workshop 6S activities, employee feedback collection, and general clerical work. Responsibilities: Production Employee Attendance Tracking: Implement and manage a comprehensive system for tracking production employee attendance. Generate reports and analyze attendance data to identify trends and address issues promptly. HR and Admin Coordination: Act as a liaison between production employees and the HR and Admin departments. Facilitate communication and assist in the resolution of employee-related matters. Workshop 6S Activities Coordinator: Organize and coordinate 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) activities in the workshop. Collaborate with teams to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Employee Feedback Collection: Develop and implement mechanisms to collect feedback from employees. Compile and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. General Clerical Work: Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling general administrative duties. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations. Knowledge of 6S principles and experience coordinating related activities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
