We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to regional and global Wealth & Asset Management clients via individual U.S. wealth management industry expertise and institutionalized knowhow (products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific content and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights, serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected. You will support commercialization efforts for the Wealth & Asset Management sector, working in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing complex analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & reusable assets for the business by helping transform domain expertise into scalable products, methodologies, curated data, and AI-enabled workflows, and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
