Some of our most successful shop managers are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but were once glass technicians, construction workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other trade workers!/ppMove up fast!/ppNo matter what your background is, we will provide PAID TRAINING at $25/hr on the Auto Glass Now way to manage a shop location.
