Be the Backbone of Project Success as s Project Administrator! Location: Salem, OR | Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | Payrate: $30/hour Make an Impact Where It Matters PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in automation and safety solutions to hire a driven and detail-oriented Project Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring projects launch smoothly and stay on track—serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage information accurately, and support project logistics will directly impact customer satisfaction and overall project success. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide technical support for electronic products and hospitality systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues. Assist customers and administrators via phone and email. Generate replacement orders and resolve technical concerns. Systems & Database Support Set up and support hardware and software systems. Read and edit basic SQL scripts. Work with databases, queries, stored procedures, and QA processes. Support basic IP networking and Windows operating systems. Product Troubleshooting Read and follow wiring diagrams. Understand AC-to-DC conversion and grounding principles. Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain technical knowledge of products and systems. Customer Service & Call Center Operations Handle inbound technical support calls. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Meet call volume, productivity, and service-level goals. Maintain a professional and positive customer experience. Project & Administrative Support Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. Support hospitality technology projects and customer implementations. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Technical Support, Help Desk, or Call Center experience. Basic IP networking knowledge. Experience supporting Windows 7–10 environments. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Willingness to work onsite in Salem, Oregon. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL databases, scripts, queries, or stored procedures. Experience supporting hospitality or commercial technology systems. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2–4 years of related technical support or project support experience. Experience coordinating projects and customer implementations. Why Join Us?
