You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders to enhance our referral activities and lead funnel management.Your skills and experience• ideally 6 – 10 years of experience in program management or sales operations roles, with a proven ability to refine workflows and strengthen effectiveness• Demonstrated experience in designing or managing structured programs (e.g., eligibility, incentives, governance)• Strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee referral and lead flow activity• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear alignment and execution of referral and lead management process• Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
