Transformthe everydaywithus! An AssociateProject Manager at Siemensis responsible forthe coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects of varying complexities. For projects witha financial impactof less than $100K, the Associate Project Manager holds fiscal cost reporting responsibilities for all project facets, including project billing, job responsibility, and overall customer satisfaction. As the Associate Project Manager, you will: Review project specifications, drawings, and project-specific documents to establish project intent. Develop andmaintaina project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team,identifyingtime-sensitive installation requirements. Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects. Review plans and specifications andparticipatein project cost reviews. Assist the Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors. Conduct orientations for project technicians and provide comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, and project contacts. Track resources and project progress. Document project events thatimpactthe schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities. Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing, collaborating with theAccountingteam and Operations Manager. Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation. Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development. Complete project-specific close-out documentation. Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures, and report unsafe conditions and actions. The pay range for this position is $55,264 - $94,738 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
