Location: Farmingdale, NJ

Employment Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Pay Rate: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00

Position Summary

The ERP Implementation Specialist will support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on DEACOM ERP and integration with SAP and Oracle platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure ERP processes are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain manufacturing, finance, inventory, and customer service functions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap for DEACOM ERP.
\n
• Design scalable ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse management, finance, and customer service.
\n
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
\n
• Evaluate system enhancements and recommend best practices.
\n

DEACOM Administration & Optimization

\n
• Configure and optimize DEACOM modules.
\n
• Improve system performance and usability.
\n
• Recommend standardization while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
\n
• Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
\n

Business Process Improvement

\n
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
\n
• Improve Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Financial processes.
\n
• Develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
\n

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support

\n
• Architect solutions supporting:

• Bills of Materials (BOM)
\n
• Formulas & Recipes
\n
• Production Scheduling
\n
• Batch Manufacturing
\n
• Lot Traceability
\n
• Inventory Management
\n
• Warehouse Operations
\n
• Shipping & Logistics
\n
• Quality Management
\n
• Inventory
\n

Project Leadership

\n
• Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
\n
• Develop project plans and technical documentation.
\n
• Coordinate internal and external resources.
\n
• Manage timelines and project risks.
\n

Compliance

\n
• Ensure ERP solutions support:
\n
• FDA regulations
\n
• cGMP requirements
\n
• Electronic documentation standards
\n
• Audit readiness
\n
• Product traceability
\n
• Quality Management Systems
\n

Reporting & Analytics

\n
• Design enterprise reporting architecture.
\n
• Build reporting strategies using:

• Power BI
\n
• SQL
\n
• DEACOM reporting tools
\n
• Develop dashboards and executive KPIs.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
\n
• 7+ years of ERP implementation and solution architecture experience.
\n
• 5+ years of hands-on DEACOM ERP experience.
\n
• Experience within manufacturing environments.
\n
• Strong understanding of:
