Office Assistant
Ensuring the smooth flow of our shipping and internal documentation processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with computers, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of entry-level tasks while interacting effectively with production staff.
Process shipping documentation, including creating shipping labels, printing accompanying paperwork, and accurately applying labels to outgoing shipments. Locate and match job folders with relevant shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.

Office Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.17 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Comfortable and proficient with computer systems, including basic spreadsheet tasks and database entry.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and process Bills of Lading accurately.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with staff on the production floor, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
