As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site requirements, documenting visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity as directed. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrol findings, incidents, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
