Procurement Business Partner

Role Description

• End to End Indirect Purchasing includes:
• Internal business request analysis.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.
• Serve as a partner to the business owner [Employees/Customers] located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.
• Ability to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Global customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillset.
• Experience with Events Marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self starter, very organized, with ability to manage multiple projects with timely execution.
• 2-3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with creating and processing purchases through ERP [preferably SAP].
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills.
• Understanding customer needs (stated and un-stated), responsive with attention to details.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure to close projects within timeline.
• Must be eligible to work in the country you reside without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Requirements

• The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
• A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is 350,000-450,000 MXN annually.
• In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
• These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
