Accounting Manager

We’re working with a growing organization seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their finance team. This role reports to the CFO and plays a key part in overseeing accounting operations, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
Position Overview:
This role will lead day-to-day corporate accounting activities, support financial reporting, and provide insight into cash flow and overall financial performance. Ideal for someone who can balance hands-on execution with strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily corporate accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity planning
- Manage income tax processes across multiple entities and coordinate with external advisors
- Review financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor accounting staff while managing deadlines and priorities
- Maintain banking relationships and oversee treasury-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of cash flow, financial reporting, and tax processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with accounting systems and advanced Excel
Preferred:
- Background in real estate or a multi-entity environment
- Experience with Yardi or Timberline (Sage)
Comp & Benefits:
