Account Manager, Major Accounts

Salary Range: $100-$120

We’re looking for an Account Manager who bridges client relations, marketing calendars, and campaign execution. This person will support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations for client accounts ensuring each project moves efficiently from kickoff through fulfillment. This is the perfect role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment, juggling details across multiple projects, and growing with an entrepreneurial, creative team that turns bold ideas into real impact

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned university, venue, and partner accounts
Own the end-to-end execution of complex memorabilia and legacy asset campaigns from kickoff through fulfillment
Manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Support senior account leads in preparing client presentations, recaps, and campaign repor
Track client requests, approvals, and status updates using project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot
Drive project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch readiness across all active campaigns
Assist in identifying and executing in-market opportunities for projects (window displays, pop-ups, events, et
Coordinate cross-functional updates between marketing, operations, product and finance
Ensure campaign assets, approvals, and materials are properly documented in shared systems
Identify opportunities to improve processes or client experience

What We’re Looking

5+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or operations, a plus if you have e-commerce, sports, or creative production experiences
Proven ability to manage complex projects with many moving parts simultaneously
Experience working directly with executives, senior leadership teams, or enterprise-level clients
Strong organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail and follow-thro
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, CRM or PM tools (HubSpot, Asana, Monday
Thrives in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment
