Outside Sales Representative (Restoration / Construction)
Yorkville, IL
Salary Based on Experience + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Incentives
Start Time: 8:00 AM (flexible hours required)
About the Role
This is not your typical sales position. This is for someone who is driven, competitive, and ready to build their own book of business from the ground up.
This opportunity offers a base income with uncapped earning potential through commission and bonuses. The more you produce, the more you earn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate new business in the field
- Build and maintain your own client network
- Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess project needs
- Sell a variety of services including roofing, siding, doors, interior remodels, kitchens, basements, and general contractor projects
- Manage relationships from initial contact through closing
Compensation
- $15/hr base pay
- 5% commission on all sales
- Uncapped earning potential
- Bonus incentives based on performance
What They’re Looking For
- Strong sales drive and self-motivation
- Comfortable with outside/field sales and prospecting
- Professional and well-groomed presentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility with schedule, including extended hours as needed
Preferred
- Construction or restoration knowledge
- Previous outside sales experience
