Compensation

Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Position Summary

Summary:
The budget analyst assists the budgeting team in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets. Produces the census report and admits and discharges log daily. Assists senior financial analyst and budget manager with payroll corrections and re-classes. Assists senior financial analyst and budget manager with preparing month end journal entries and accruals. Provides D/EPM support, maintenance, and training to departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Business



Experience And Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years in accounting; payroll and/ or budgeting experience a plus
