Job Summary A growing real estate and property management related organization in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a dependable Front Desk Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a hands-on, front-office administrative support role for someone who takes pride in creating a professional first impression, keeping daily operations organized, and supporting loan and investment processing activities. The Front Desk Admin will be an important point of contact for callers, visitors, internal team members, borrowers, and business partners. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally while delivering a positive client and visitor experience. Greet visitors, manage front desk activity, and support day-to-day office operations. Perform accurate data entry, filing, document organization, and general administrative support. Prepare and send borrower loan packages and investment closing packages. Order insurance, credit, integrity, and title reports as needed. Conduct senior lien checks, follow up on insurance items, and send collection and distribution notices. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Location: Aliso Viejo, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills Manage front desk operations, including calls, visitors, and client-facing communication. Support administrative workflows through accurate data entry, filing, and document organization. Assist with borrower loan packages, investment closing packages, reports, notices, and follow-up items. Coordinate changing priorities across front-office, administrative, loan, and investment support tasks. 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, front desk, or office support experience preferred. Reliable and punctual, with consistent and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, trustworthy approach, and self-motivated work style. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift across departments. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the mortgage industry. Hard money or private lending experience strongly preferred. 1 or more years of customer service experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.
