Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements.
• Previous experience in special education, social work, counseling, or a related field is ideal.
• Background as a school counselor, LPC, BCBA, or in psychology/social work is highly desired.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Participate actively in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings.
• Provide support in classrooms and contribute to crisis intervention efforts.
• Maintain a flexible, full-time schedule (37.5 hours weekly) in a supportive environment.
