### Locums | OB/GYN In-House Call | Issaquah, WA (WA License or IMLC)### Why This Role

- Established RN, MA, and APP support \n
- Epic EMR ### Assignment Details \n
- Location: Issaquah, Washington \n
- Start Date: January 1, 2027 \n
- Duration: Ongoing \n
- Commitment: Approximately 7–10 shifts per month \n
- Setting: Inpatient \n
- Coverage Type: In-house call only \n
- Patient Volume: Approximately seven patients per shift \n
- Response Time: 20 minutes \n
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days \n
- Temporary Privileges: Not available \n
- EMR: Epic ### Shift Options \n
- Monday–Thursday Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM \n
- Monday–Thursday Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM \n
- Friday–Saturday Nights: 7:00 PM–8:00 AM \n
- Sunday–Monday Nights: 8:00 PM–7:00 AM ### Requirements \n
- Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology \n
- Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility \n
- Active DEA registration \n
- Active BLS certification \n
- Current CV required at submission \n
- Low- and high-risk pregnancy management \n
- Fetal heart-rate interpretation \n
- Level I screening ultrasound \n
- Routine and complicated delivery experience \n
- Ability to supervise and teach residents ### Required Clinical Skills \n
- Vaginal and low-forceps delivery \n
- Cesarean-section decision-making and performance \n
- Breech delivery and multiple births \n
- Placental abruption and VBAC management \n
- Third- and fourth-degree laceration repair ### Preferred Skills \n
- Minor office gynecology procedures \n
- Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery \n
- Major operative gynecology ### Clinical Details \n
- Approximately 1,295 deliveries annually \n
- Support includes: - Seven RNs - Thirteen Medical Assistants - Six NPs/PAs\n
- Resident teaching and supervision required \n
- No APP supervision required \n
- Long-term housing requires advance approval \n
