Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in a Surgery Center located in Littlefield, Texas, United States. Start date: 09/14/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Night shift. Weekly pay range: $2,050 to $2,153 per week. This travel position may include floating to Medical-Surgical units and follows a 7-on/7-off schedule paid on a 36/48 rotation. CPSI/Thrive charting is used for patient documentation.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, including assessment of labor progression and fetal monitoring
- Administer medications and analgesia within scope of practice; support during labor and postpartum care
- Assist with deliveries and related procedures as trained; respond to obstetric emergencies as needed
- Monitor and document maternal and fetal status using CPSI/Thrive charting system with accurate, timely notes
- Collaborate with obstetric and multidisciplinary teams; ensure patient safety, privacy, and infection control
- Float to Medical-Surgical units as requested, maintaining clinical competence across units

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
- Education: Diploma, ADN, or BSN in Nursing
- Experience: Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Availability to work nights and participate in a 7-on/7-off schedule
- Ability to float to Med-Surg as needed
