Requirements for the position include: 3+ years of litigation experience Admission to practice in CA Experience with and ability to handle pre‑trial phases of litigation, including strategy development, written discovery, percipient/expert witness depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Trial experience and/or a background involving real property matters is desirable but not required.
