This is a highly specialized, mission-driven practice with a powerful track record — over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements, 5,000+ survivors represented, and 25+ years of exclusive focus in this space. What You\'ll Do Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation. Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize client outcomes. Develop case strategy and advocate aggressively for injured clients. Collaborate with a team of accomplished litigators and support staff. What We\'re Looking For Experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills. Trial experience is highly valued, although attorneys with significant litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Passion for representing injured individuals and achieving outstanding client results. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 depending on experience.
