Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in San Diego, CA, to represent individuals and families affected by negligence or wrongdoing. Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients. Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines. Stay informed on personal injury laws and regulatory developments. Contribute to team development and process improvement. Requirements Active license to practice law in California. 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred. Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms. Experience with case management software preferred. Ability to travel for court appearances and client meetings.
