Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in litigation and transactional matters across business, personal injury, commercial, and real estate law. Appear in court and participate in mediations and hearings. Advise clients on corporate formation, business operations, and risk mitigation. Draft and review contracts and other transactional documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategy and provide solutions. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or transactional work. Excellent communication, research, and writing skills. Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. Interest in long-term practice development and client relationship building. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Proactive mindset. Ability to develop own practice with firm support.
