Job Title Purchasing Coordinator Job Description Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions of GVHC; managing daily activities in purchasing to include day to day and capital projects purchases; managing contracts including administering, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, filing, and evaluating for availability, price, and term. Responsibilities Research potential vendors. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database. Requirements Degree in business administration or a related field. Experience in purchasing or in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
