We are looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for the commercial sales operation for their area. For this role we will consider someone who can be located in or around Dallas, Lawton, Waco or Austin. In this role, you’ll lead a collaborative and customer-focused team of sales and service professionals dedicated to creating sustainable, innovative solutions. You’ll inspire your team to grow, build strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensure that every partnership thrives. You’ll combine your technical expertise with a people-first approach to help drive meaningful impact for our customers, our team, and the environment. What You’ll Do: Lead & Empower Your Team Drive Growth Through Collaboration Customer Relationship Management: Operational Excellence: Regional Strategy & Growth: What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in chemical sales Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel within the area. Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
