SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12 hour shifts) Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm Holiday availability required.WORK LOCATION
Bloomington East Urgent Care *need to be available to work at Bloomington West Urgent Care, if neededKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.REQUIREMENTS
