The more you participate, the more you earn! SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12 hour shifts) Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm Holiday availability required. WORK LOCATION Bloomington East Urgent Care need to be available to work at Bloomington West Urgent Care, if needed Key Responsibilities Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. Requirements High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are an equal opportunity employer.
