This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with attorneys and team members in a collaborative and professional office environment. Note: Candidates must have at least 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience and be comfortable managing files in a fast-paced plaintiff-side practice. Job Description Manage plaintiff-side personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents. Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and supporting case documentation. Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and experts. Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case-related events. Maintain case files and track deadlines to ensure timely progression of matters. Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, and settlement packages. Provide outstanding client service and regular case updates. Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience required. Strong knowledge of personal injury case management and litigation procedures. Experience with medical records, discovery, and case documentation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.
