Tooling Technician

Overview As a Tooling Tech, you’ll: Build and adjust racking for specific customer products. This helps maximize load density and efficiency. Work with various teams to develop tools that improve quality and efficiency. Communicate delays in tooling development needs to the teams that are impacted by the delay. Be a critical part of the team in identifying irregularities and malfunctions. Preform various operations such as drilling, milling, tapping, grinding, etc. This list does not represent all job duties and responsibilities but highlights the main requirements of the job. What to expect on the job: Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment A team-oriented environment where attitude matters What makes you a great candidate for the role? 1-2 years related experience preferred.
