Senior Compensation Business Partner

What you’ll do: Help to design, implement, and maintain compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Business leaders in crafting compensation packages that are internally equitable and externally competitive Contribute to the ongoing development of Snap’s compensation philosophy and ensure ongoing market competitiveness Deliver compelling and relevant training and communications materials which educate and inform employees on total rewards Manipulate and analyze data to distill insights and convey findings Participate in a variety of compensation surveys Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to balance strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks Excellent communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels Workday experience Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience 5+ Experience working in corporate compensation or related field Preferred Qualifications: Advanced-level experience with Google Sheets and Excel (i.e., Modeling, validation, visualization, etc.) Default Together Policy at Snap At Snap Inc we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually. Zone B The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually. Zone C The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
