You must have a Class A CDL without E Restriction for this position. If you do not have one, your app will not be processed. Benefits Starting pay is based on experience and reviewed at 90 days. Paid orientation/on job training. Regional hauls. Home every night. Hourly pay/1.5 OT is available. Weekly pay w/direct deposit. Paid holidays and vacations. Off weekends. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Some duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.) This position is primarily responsible for driving a tractor/trailer transporting materials to and from specified destinations by performing the duties listed below. (Flatbed experience preferred but not a must - will train). Drives truck to destination. Loads and unloads the truck. Secures cargo for transit. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Check fluid levels daily. Maintain cab folders/trailer paperwork. Maintain truck e-log on company-provided tablets and complete daily. Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. Maintain a clean truck; wash truck weekly. Regard the Yard Speed Limit of 5 MPH. Competencies Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
