Our Concrete Finisher will be a strong leader and extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of concrete work processes, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, and curing. Responsibilities Participate in all concrete construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Foster a culture of working safely by enforcing safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe working environment. Review blueprints and schematics thoroughly to interpret technical drawings accurately for onsite execution. Mentor field personnel; grow into a leader Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, incident reports, and project logs Qualifications Of a Florida Coastal Paving Concrete Finisher Experience in construction management with a focus on concrete. Strong knowledge of concrete placement techniques, formwork systems, reinforcement installation, curing methods, and quality assurance practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and certification requirements for construction sites. Proficiency in using construction site management software Skilled in managing subcontractors, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
