This role oversees daily site performance, safety, environmental compliance, routing, and resource planning. You will manage frontline leaders and teams, drive operational excellence, control budgets, and implement continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer service. Partnering with maintenance, safety, and environmental teams, you ensure regulatory compliance and high safety standards while supporting WM’s culture of respect, responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
