Project Manager II - Sports

What We're Looking For Join HNTB’s nationally recognized Sports Architecture practice. We are seeking a talented Project Manager II – Sports to help lead the design and delivery of impactful sports venues and experiences nationwide. Our team is passionate about creating places that bring communities together—from stadiums and arenas to training facilities and entertainment districts. At HNTB, you’ll work alongside talented designers and project leaders while helping shape some of the most exciting sports projects in the nation. What You’ll Do Prepare strategic plans for project success and serve as the primary client liaison to bring schedules, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manage client’s budget, schedule, and program as well as HNTB’s budget and schedule. Administer project communications, documentation, and oversee office administrative tasks and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on small to medium‑size projects. Coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost‑effective execution of assigned projects. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed. Integrate quality control measures during all phases of design. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and 10 years of relevant experience 2 years of successful management of Architecture projects What We Prefer Revit skills History of successful leadership on projects Experience leading projects and teams RA, RID, or PE designation 12 years of relevant experience Additional Information Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
