Responsibilities:

Manage architectural millwork projects from initial scope through final installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project specifications and expectations

Review shop drawings, blueprints, and millwork specifications for accuracy and constructability

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

Oversee production workflow in collaboration with shop foremen and craftsmen

Conduct site visits to assess field conditions and ensure quality of millwork installations

Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

3+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry

Strong knowledge of millwork materials, joinery techniques, and wood species

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with AWI standards and commercial millwork projects is a plus
