In addition, 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA), with mentors to help you learn and grow.Field Territory:GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the Columbus, OH area.How You’ll Make a DifferenceCustomer Interaction: Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.What We’re Looking ForExperience & Qualifications:Customer-facing experience preferred.Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.Core Skills:Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.Availability:Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Annual Salary$27.98 - $43.75The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
