Location and Compensation Location: Madison, AL Pay: $15/hr base + monthly commission Total Expected Pay: $700–$1,000 per week with average performance* About the Position Madison Home Furniture is hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to help serve our growing Hispanic and English-speaking customer base. You will assist customers with furniture, mattresses, flooring, financing, and follow-up messages. No experience is required; we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities / Responsabilidades English Greet walk-in customers and assist with product selection. Communicate clearly in English and Spanish. Explain pricing, product features, promotions, and financing options. Create quotes and complete sales using the POS system. Respond to leads via text, Facebook, and online messages. Maintain a clean, organized showroom with accurate tags and pricing. Assist with accessory resets, price updates, and basic store upkeep. Ayudar con cambios de accesorios, precios y tareas básicas de tienda. Requirements / Requisitos English Fluent in English and Spanish. Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus. Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Reliable and willing to learn furniture and flooring basics.
