Sr. Credit Analyst

Vaco is hiring for a large industry leader seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial credit, collections, accounts receivable, and financial analysis experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and making informed credit decisions. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze customer creditworthiness for new and existing accounts Investigate customer financial information and recommend appropriate credit limits Monitor, update, and maintain customer credit limits based on risk and market conditions Coordinate credit approvals and ensure customer limits are managed appropriately Monitor accounts receivable and collect past-due balances Analyze aging reports and identify collection risks Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve credit-related issues Improve customer communication and help resolve payment concerns Utilize D&B and other commercial credit resources to evaluate customer risk Provide credit recommendations and account updates to internal stakeholders Manage collection agency relationships when necessary Assist with bankruptcy claims, legal documentation, and collection-related matters Maintain accurate customer credit files and supporting documentation Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Analysis Strong understanding of commercial credit, risk assessment, and receivables management Experience analyzing customer financial information and making credit recommendations Familiarity with D&B and other commercial credit reporting tools Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficient with Excel and financial systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Senior Credit Analyst $31-$32/hour | Contract-to-Hire Jacksonville, FL Equal Opportunity Notice Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (“we,” “our,” or “Vaco by Highspring”) are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race (including but not limited to traits historically associated with race such as hair texture and hair style), color, sex (includes pregnancy or related conditions), religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, status as a veteran, union membership, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristics as required by applicable law.
