Regional Collections Associate

A company is looking for a Regional Collections Associate - REMOTE. Key Responsibilities Manage collection activities for a regional portfolio of accounts, including soliciting payments and negotiating service cessation Analyze customer disputes and deductions to facilitate resolution of outstanding amounts Provide regular updates on receivables to various leadership teams and participate in related projects Required Qualifications H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial, or related field One (1) year or more in commercial collections required Two (2) years or more in accounting/financial with the H.S. Diploma required Demonstrated knowledge of commercial collections process required Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite required
