Oversee daily operations across front and back of house

What We're Looking For

5+ years leading operations in fine dining or upscale restaurants
Proven ability to manage P&L, staffing, and quality standards
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant compliance, health codes, and safety
Passion for hospitality and continuous operational improvement
