MLR is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Emergency Room (ER) team. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in delivering life-saving care to patients in urgent medical situations.

Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Room RN:

• Provide high-quality care by assessing, planning, and executing tailored treatments for ER patients.
• Conduct swift and accurate triage, prioritizing patient needs based on urgency.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure effective coordination of patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient response.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Mexico required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are essential.
• Experience in an ER setting preferred.
