- Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure : Current, temporary, or compact RN license to practice in New Mexico
- Certifications : Current CPR certification or enrollment in the next available class
- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and detailed patient records
- Continuously enhance nursing knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities
